Independence Day Teaching Tools
The 4th of July is an exciting day to recognize our great country, however those annual fireworks displays might be a little scary to individuals with speech and language difficulties. Be sure to prepare your child by explaining what will happen, and use techniques like social stories or picture schedules to help navigate through this non-routine event.
