Being a Mom to 9 year old twins makes for a zany, unpredictable, yet richly rewarding life. Thank goodness for my wonderfully supportive hubby who keeps me grounded. I blog about life in general, family friendly activities around town, recipes I want to share, and crafts that keep my twins busy and happy. You’ll find me blogging here at DFWmama.com, at NorthTexasKids.com and over at my personal blog TheMomsJournal.com.

Easy St. Patrick’s Day Activities and Crafts for Kids

St. Patrick’s Day falls during Spring Break which means I’m looking for fun things for my twins to do right now so I’m ready when they get bored. I have a couple of 7-year-olds so things like printable games and easy crafts work best. I started searching and found some really cool stuff!

St. Patrick’s Day Dominoes
DLTK-cards.com let’s you create custom Dominoes printables in color or black and white. Choose the St.Patrick’s Day theme and print them out on card stock.

Kissed Blarney Stone
This is a cute idea from kaboose.com. My kids love to paint rocks so this will be a good project for them. And, I can easily find nice sized rocks in my yard so all I need is the paint!

Paper Plate Leprechaun
Here’s a cute paper plate leprechaun from kidscrafts.com that will add a sense of fun and festiveness to your child’s room.

Hope these fun activities will bring a smile to your child’s face. I’m sure my kiddos will love working on them!
