If you must absolutely succumb to some junk food eating, I suggest you try Michael Season’s baked cheddar cheese puffs. Yes, it’s not as wholesome as munching on baby carrots and broccoli, but you can at least take comfort in the fact that not only do they have less calories than Baked Cheetos (130 calories vs. 170 calories per serving), but they are also wheat free and gluten free. In addition, they TASTE better! I found this bag at my local Sprouts, but they’re also available at Kroger.
