Pop-Arty! Beads

There are two things that I love about gift giving.  One is the creative aspect.  The other is when my purchase gives back and helps others in some sort of way.  When those two collide, it’s magical.  With Pop-Arty! beads, they definitely collide, and that’s why I HAVE to tell you about them!

Pop-Arty! beads are made by B.  I love their stance on being in the toy company…

At the end of the day, our goal is to be bigger than a toy company.

We want to be a voice to children that says it’s okay to be curious, to be pensive, to be loud, to be happy and sad all at the same time, to be generous, to be afraid, to be quiet, to be wild, to be fun, to be open, to be scientific, to be poetic, to be giddy, to be serious, to be smart, to be free, to be you.

Just B. Just you. B. you.

They make lots of toys from drums, car keys, bristle blocks, and more.  Their products always catch my eye when I walk by them at Target.  I have to admit, though, that the Pop-Arty! beads stand out more than the rest.  This bucket of 500 snap together pieces including 12 rings and 6 bracelets is screaming creativity!  It does come with an idea book, but I love how you can let your imagination run free to just create.

Every B. toy comes with a gift tag and some even wrap themselves so they are ready for gifting.  What busy mama doesn’t love that??

As if all of this weren’t enough, 10 cents from every purchase of a B. toy goes to Free The Children whose goal is to “free children from poverty and exploitation and free young people from the notion that they are powerless to effect positive change.”

The B. line of toys can be found at Target and select specialty stores.
