“Lose It” Weight Loss App
I’m not only back to exercising, but I’m tracking my food intake. A free iPhone app called Lose It! has really helped me become more accountable. It helps me log my food intake (and lets me know how may calories I can eat for the rest of the day) and my exercise (which has allowed me to eat more). I LOVE it so much that I had to share it with other mamas.



OMG, Amy. I’ve known about this app for a few weeks, but was too afraid to actually log my food intake. I was in full on denial mode. Try it!
