2012 Annual DFW Dragon Boat, Kite and Lantern Festival–May 20th at Lake Carolyn in Irving. The festival features colorful kite flying and exciting dragon boat races, cultural performances, a lantern festival, plus traditional Asian food, arts and crafts and educational activities. Free to the public to attend.
