July Jubilee Street Dance in Wylie
The reasons I have for loving my town just keep growing.
Last week, I wrote about the Red White & Blue Blast taking place in Sachse on July 3rd. Well, if you live in the area you’ll be equally interested in the upcoming July Jubilee Street Dance in Wylie!
Sponsored by the North Texas Equestrian Center (another reason I am excited – I’m a horse person through-and-through, and excited to know a local barn is sponsoring this event…in fact, just writing this is making me realize how badly I need to get back in the saddle, but that is a different post entirely!), the July Jubilee Street Dance will be taking place on Saturday, July 7th, from 6-10 PM on Ballard Street (downtown Wylie).
Bring your dancing shoes! Music will be provided by live bands, Chris Allen and Big Gus and Swampadelic.
Arrive early and enjoy the ice cream social at Olde City Park (from 4-6 PM) – this will likely be the highlight of the evening for my son, who pretty much exists for ice cream (and cake…he also really likes cake).
It’s going to be hot (it’s July…in Texas!) so bring lots of water.
Bring the whole family and dance the night away under the stars at the July Jubilee Street Dance in Wylie!

Great blog! Sorry to change the subject, but since this is the time for New Year’s Resolutions, I’m looking for a great financial planning company to help me with my mess of a bank account. Have you heard of any good ones? There’s an insurance company in town called Capital Financial Group LLC that could be good, but I’ve only seen a few reviews. Here’s the address of this Knoxville financial planning company, 8320 East Walker Springs Lane #100 Knoxville, TN 37923 (865) 246-1680. Let me know your thoughts! Thanks!
