Go “Boo!” in the Zoo at the Fort Worth Zoo, Oct. 19-21 and Oct. 26-28

The zoo is a haven for moms with kids in strollers. And for two weekends, it also becomes the place where strollers, animals and Halloween come together with Boo in the Zoo. The Fort Worth Zoo’s 21st annual family friendly Halloween celebration runs October 19-21 and October 26-28 from noon to 5 p.m.

Boo at the Zoo features Halloween décor, events, games and candy, and the most popular attraction: Zoo animals! Daytime event hours will make the entire Zoo open to Boo at the Zooguests, allowing keepers to incorporate Boo-themed activities into the animal exhibits throughout the entire park. The main portion of Boo at the Zoo—games, entertainment and trick-or-treating—will take place at the Zoo’s special event site.

Children are welcome to wear their favorite Halloween costumes to the Zoo, and for the safety of our guests, only children are permitted to wear masks.
