Hot Tot Haircare Hosts Back-to-School Kid Hair Trends 101 Aug. 22 {Giveaway}

Back-to-school means back to those morning routines of getting baths, hair, clothes, lunches and backpacks out the door before the bell rings.

It’s enough stress in one hour to make you pull out your hair (and theirs too), especially if you have a girl and don’t have a clue what to with her hair. Just in time, Daireds Salon & Spa Pangéa and Hot Tot Haircare will Host Kids’ Hair Trends 101 Workshop, 6:30 p.m. – 8 p.m., Thursday, Aug. 22 in Arlington.

Hot Tot founder Megan Gage will host the 1.5 hour event at the celebrity-studded Daried’s Salon in Arlington. Many may recognize this momprenuer from season four of the hit TV series, Shark Tank, as she won an investment from Mark Cuban to create the Hot Tot line that is organic, hypoallergenic, and natural. And if you’ve never been to Daried’s, well you’re in for a treat (even if you don’t live in Arlington!)

For $25, parents and kids will learn styles that can be done in under five minutes and are for making mornings run smoother and are kid approved. For girls, some of the styles taught will include: sock buns, fishtail braids, topsy tails, headband braids, pigtails and more. For boys, the stylists will be showing how to achieve popular looks like the Cannes style, a pompadour and a short quiff, to name a few. Products used to achieve each style will be from children’s luxury hair care line, Hot Tot.

Guests will also enjoy kid-friendly beverages & snacks, and receive a back-to-school hair survival kit from Hot Tot!

But wait there is more! One lucky reader will get the ultimate Back-to-School package with a free haircut from Daried’s Salon and a special Hot Tot Haircare Swag Bag!

    Just keeping it clean and/or getting it to lay down.

    Knowing what to do with her hair besides piny tails and pigtails! It gets boring! I need to spice it up!

    My little one’s biggest challenge is how brittle and thin her hair is. I can’t do anything with it.
